The Closers for AT&T call centers
I wrote a 16-page comic book for AT&T call canter agents. This sales tool featured The Closers–a team of super heroes we created to personify the benefits of DirecTV. Facing off in an epic battle against Major Annoyance, our heroes Captain Closer, Bundle Master, Jet Stream and Ultra Advanced Receiver saved the galaxy from dropped channels and bad customer service. Meanwhile, call center agents who closed the most sales earned action figures and t-shirts as prizes. Life-sized standees also helped create fun photo ops and boosted morale while encouraging agents to find their own power within.
